Family bonds are special and like no other in the Latino community. That's why learning of this family effort doesn't surprise me, but it does make me proud. The Lopez family has been earning medals in the Olympics for several years now, and what's even more special, they have done it together! Check out the amazing video below.

Life of Pi
Not having reading the book, I was some what skeptical about the movie contract. Why would anyone want to see a movie about a boy stuck on a boat, was beyond me. However, after further reading into the book and discovering what a complex tale it actually was, I became intrigued to see how they would do it. The trailer, below, has also made me think that this wasn't such a bad idea after all.
Doesn't it look like a magical movie? I'd definitely want to see it and check out the story. As with most book-to-movie scripts, I will definitely try to pick up the novel before watching this on November 21st, 2012, when it's slated to hit theaters.

Resident Evil 6
Although I haven't played or been interested in a Resident Evil game since the first one for PlayStation, I must say, this trailer got my attention. Check it out!
With a slated 10.02.2012 release date, this gives me enough time to look into the previous titles in this series and maybe catch up in the story. Have you played them? How were they? What do you think about this trailer? Excited about it?

Man of Steel
On June 14th, 2013, there will be yet another Superman rebirth. This time, Man of Steel, will hit theaters and hopefully it won't suck. Check out the first teaser trailer for it below.
With an awesome cast and able team behind it, I'm hoping this one will do the story some justice. However, from this very quick look, I have a feeling it might go astray. Even though that might not be a bad thing, I'm not sold on it just yet. How do you all feel about it? Tired of seeing reboots? Think reboots should continue happening until they are done right? Think DC can pull this off and Justice League might stand a chance? Guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Deadpool's Coming
For those of you who know about Deadpool and read the comics, I'm sure you know what to expect. However, for those of you who only know Deadpool from the horrible film adaptation, be warned. This game, from the looks of it, will stay true to character and make Deadpool a VERY colorful (to put it mildly) character. Check it out for yourself, oh and it's NSFW, so watch it at home or put your speakers down.
Now, I don't know about you, but this looks great! Although the movie was one of the worse adaptations I've seen, this has really caught my attention. This game really putting some kick behind the masked assassin. What do you all think?

Being no stranger to the new craze of "found footage" horror, this one seems right up my alley. Not only does it seem up my alley, it appears to be a good one. From the looks of the trailer, it might be worth a theater experience. Check it out below.
Pretty intense, wouldn't you say? Hopefully it isn't disappointing as many horror films have been lately. There's nothing like a good scare flick, and this has the makings of just that. Being a good scare. Maybe even a great scare.
Guess we'll just have to wait until October 5th when it hits limited theaters in the US. Will you be looking out for it in your theaters?

Celeste and Jesse Forever
While I'm not big into Romantic films, I love a well done Romantic Comedy. The good folks over at ScreenRant posted about Celeste and Jesse Forever a while ago and I thought it looked pretty well put together. The cast is strong, the writing looks so/so, and the trailer was cool. Check it out for yourself.
What do you think? Although I'm not sold on this one being great, or life changing, but I think it will probably be worth a look. If not because of anything else, but the cast looks great. Comedy all-stars put together in what should be enjoyable for couples, friends, and bffs.
