Ever seen a bike race? Ever seen a bike race in Chile? Well, this is something you don't want to miss! Check out this awesome video footage of the craziness that is the Valparaiso Cerro Abajo Race. This is a legendary urban bike race that happens in the mean streets of Valparaiso, Chile, where the brave souls who attempt this trek, must take on jumps, stray dogs, flights of stairs and the never ending steep downhill route. Check out the video.
Now isn't that insane?! I mean, I would love to attempt it, but serious training is needed first. Would you dear this race?

The Hunger Games!
I recently finished this awesome trilogy after several friends highly recommended it, and now I can see why. If you're a fan of reading and enjoy getting lost in a series that involves human emotions and love and war; this one just might be for you. Now, after finishing all three books within two weeks, I have to sit by and wait for the movie. While I'm usually not a fan of books into movies; this trailer grew on me. It seems legit and I hope they do the book a great deal of justice throughout the movie. Check it out.
What do you think? You can check out my review of the first book here. Tell me this trailer doesn't catch your attention. I think anyone who read the book will at the very least be interested in checking out the movie. Lucky March 23, 2012 isn't too far off. Can't wait!

WiFi On the Go
What guy doesn't want to be like James Bond? What is more James Bond then cufflinks that double as USB storage? Not only do these lovely, yet simple, cufflinks double as USBs, they triple as WiFi hotspots! Got your interest yet? Check out the video below.
I saw these gems while walking through Brookstone the other day and knew they were a must for any modern man. While they cost a pretty penny and will set you back $250, I think they are totally worth it. What say you?

You Thought You Had It Bad?
Well, I'm sure your mind will have changed after checking out this video. I came across this a while ago, but kept forgetting to post the video. The poster says it was filmed at McMurdo Station which actually happens to be somewhat sheltered by surrounding hills in comparison to other places on the continent of Antarctica. Also, the weather down there is usually classified by three conditions; Condition 3 being 'nice' weather, Condition 2 being not so 'nice', and then we have Condition 1. See for yourself what Condition 1 weather brings.
Well, what do you think about that? Still feel bad about your little snow storm? I think not.

Killer Croc!
Back in September of 2011, the above saltwater crocodile was captured in the Philippines. It measured a whopping 21 feet and 2,370 pounds. It is the largest creature of its kind to be held in captivity, since the Guinness World Records people crowned an 18-footer in Australia with the title.
Apparently, this Killer Croc had been terrorizing locals and was being held responsible for the deaths of several fishermen and a young girl a few years ago. Even though this particular monster can't be held accountable for the deaths, the locals think there are more like him and that Crocs are definitely the guilty party.
Now, people, I love the water as much as the next person, but doesn't this freak you out? It surely makes me uneasy. I have always been of the opinion to respect the sea, ocean, and any other body of water simply because we have yet to fully understand it. There is so much to the sea/ocean/etc that we can't even begin to comprehend. If something of this magnitude can hide and survive in the waters of Bunawan, which is the remote town in the Philippines where this croc was caught, imagine what else is out there that we have yet to discover/find.
Honestly, it's spooky when you think about it. Don't you think?

DIY Mustang
Ever wanted to get your hands on a 1965 Ford Mustang? Well, after coming across this article, I've discovered you can! And for a simple $15,000! Only thing is, you'll have to build it yourself, but other then that, it's a steal!
Apparently, this particular body of Mustang is one of the most restored cars in America. Thus making it easy to find all the parts and accessories needed to take this body and turn it into a mean looking old-school Mustang. Much like this beauty right here:
Think you'd be up for the challenge? Honestly, if I knew a little more about putting cars together, it just might be worth the cash to get this little piece of history back on the road.

Great Scot!
When I came across this article on the web a while back, I couldn't believe it. DeLorean Motor Company, located in Texas, has been hard at work in their labs. The creation? A fully functional, fully electric, DeLorean EV to start production by 2013! Now, I don't know about you, but this is exciting news! Personally, I would love to own a DeLorean and feel like Marty McFly from the Back to the Future movie series. The car's design itself always interested me and to be honest; how cool would it be to pull up where-ever you're going and be in a DeLorean? I'm definitely keeping an eye on this thing, what about you?
How awesome does that interior look?!

Spooky House Lights
In keeping with the house videos, I wanted to share this one with you all. This was an awesome Halloween light show last year that I came across on youtube. Apparently this guy does his house every year and tries to better them year after year. You can check out his website here. The house is over in Riverside, CA. Enjoy!
What do you think of this awesome house? Would you put in the work needed for such an awesome display? Pretty neat if I say so myself.

Dream Home
Ever wondered what your dream house would look like? I have. Plenty of times. Time and time again, actually. I never stop thinking about it. It is always on my mind, because one day I hope to achieve a status that will allow me to get my dream house. And honestly, this one just might be it.
This beautiful home is located in Villa Amanzi, built in 2008, and located atop a 197-foot-high cliff. To add to its beauty, it is overlooking the beautiful turquoise waters of the Andaman Sea.
What do you all think about this? Beautiful, isn't it? What is your dream home? Have you seen it? Will you built it? We should all strive for what we want. What else is there to live for?

Meet Bob
I love animated shorts. It takes true talent to convey a message in such a short amount of time. Check this one out that exemplifies the harsh realities of love. Most of us go along, chasing what we think and those we think we love, only to crash right into a wall and face the harsh truth.
We chase what we think is love. And then we meet Bob. :-)
Hope you all have a wonderful day!

Evil Owl
How's it going!
I wanted to share with you all this really interesting video I came across a while back. I'm not exactly sure what owl this is, or where it came from, but this is pretty impressive. I must admit, mother nature is pretty clever when it wants to be. Check out the video to see what I mean.
Isn't that cool and creepy at the same time?! Of course my godson sent me this video telling me he wanted the owl, which isn't going to happen, but I thought it would be cool to share with you all. This is pretty impressive and that little guy has one killer instinct!

Holiday Shrimp Ceviche
There's nothing like a simple, go-to, recipe. For me, my Shrimp Ceviche is definitely one of them. That's why when we started planning our office holiday party, I knew exactly what I'd be bringing.
With just a few ingredients, you can make yourself a great appetizer, for any party! Make a quick store run to make sure you have all the necessary ingredients and you'll be set in no time. Make sure to grab at least a pound of shrimp (a pound depending on # of people at the party; I prefer cooked/deveined/peeled shrimp personally), two or three limes, a red and green pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
Make sure to have a deep baking dish (or aluminum pan as you see below) or bowl to assemble all your ingredients in. Some people leave the shrimp whole, but I like to cut them up so that it is easier for people to place them on chips or whatever they decide to enjoy your ceviche with.

After cutting them up (or not) and adding them to the dish/bowl you choose, make sure to squeeze two limes (really depends on how much lime you want to use; add it to taste) and I usually let the shrimp marinate for at least an hour or two (not a necessity).

After that, make sure to finely chop the onion, peppers, and cilantro to your preference. I tend to chop everything first and then add it all together at the same time. This way, mixing is only needed once. Before mixing however, make sure to add sea salt and black pepper to taste. I tend to use a generous coating of sea salt and just a dash of black pepper. After adding all of these ingredients together, mix away!

Your final product should be a wonderful mix of fresh vegetables, plump shrimp, and citrus goodness. I think it's best served cold, so I place it in the fridge until it's time to party. I usually serve them with a bag of tostitos scoops or any other tostitos chips that I can find. If not, I've learned people also just love to eat these in a personal bowl, sans the chips.

Ingredients
-1 pound peeled and deveined large shrimp
-2 or 3 limes
-1/2 a green pepper seeded and finely chopped
-1/2 a red pepper seeded and finely chopped
-1/2 a red onion finely chopped
-finely chopped cilantro to taste
-sea salt and black pepper to taste

Now go off and enjoy your very own simple, Shrimp Ceviche! Enjoy!

The Latest Craze
This, parents, I can assure you, will be the next thing your kids will ask for. And who can blame them? I mean, did you see the video?? This thing is nice! Nintendo unveiled this Wii U (the next generation Wii) during E3 this year and has a TBD release date in 2012. This awesome new console has a new touch screen controller, precision motion controls, and full HD graphics. This new controller will definitely make available a whole new style of gaming and entertainment for the whole family!
What do you think? This is definitely something that might be great fun for the entire family, not just kids! Plus, I know my little brother will love not having to stop playing when mom wants to watch the TV.
Check out all the details and specs over here.

Third Time's the Charm
So after ten years (yes, MIB II was released in 2002 my friends), they are finally gearing up to release part III of this awesome franchise. On May 25th, 2012, we can expect to see this bad boy in theaters. Now, with a ton of rumors circling about the instability of this production and the crew going to work with no actual script, I must say, this trailer looks pretty bad ass. Regardless of what may have been the case at first, I think they got their act together, and will provide us with a great summer blockbuster, like the first Men in Black. Check it out.
What do you think? Doesn't it look awesome? I really am wondering how this whole time-jumping thing will work into the movie. Still looking forward to it though, what about you?

I Do...But Five Years From Now
In case you didn't know, the genius that is the combo of Nicholas Stoller and Jason Segel is back at it. Yes, the duo who got together to bring you Forgetting Sarah Marshall is bringing you another gem on April 27, 2012. The Five-Year Engagement has what appears to be a wonderful supporting cast and the story-line seems authentic, so I'm sure this will be a hit. Check out the trailer.
See? What did I tell you? I'm really looking forward to having a good laugh at the theater while watching this one. What about you?

Retaliation Is Coming
While I wasn't really interested in the first movie, this trailer has got my attention. I might even check out the first one, so I'm not entirely lost as to what is happening here. Check out the new trailer for G.I. Joe Retaliation below.
This is another giant blockbuster for June 2012. I actually am looking forward to most of the big hits next summer and think this one won't disappoint. How do you feel about it? Think it will be a bust? Also, since I don't remember, are the movies running with the old school story-lines of G.I. Joe? Or has it been changed completely like most new movies of old shows. Let me know!
