My Childhood Flashback

Hey Peeps!

I came across this video posted on Facebook a few weeks ago and knew I had to share it with you all. At times I sit and think about all of those wonderful shows I grew up watching and just become disappointed. Now a days, many of the shows on TV just plain suck. I want to get all of my old shows on DVD so that I can continue reliving my childhood that way. Until I accomplish that, this video will have to do. Check it out.

How awesome is that montage? I think it's great and frankly, it took me back.

Changes

Greetings My Lovely Readers

My apologies for going Ghost for a bit, but there have been a lot of changes on my end that have been happening rather rapidly. First off, I'm officially a graduate of Baruch College with a BA in Psychology and a double minor in Latino Studies and Sociology (-Swipes forehead-). ABOUT TIME!!! I can't believe how hard I worked for a piece of paper that is supposed to prove I'm educated. While I did feel proud and a sense of accomplishment when I knew it was all said and done; it was short lived. My focus quickly switched from "I finished!" to "I need a job!". So I gave myself two weeks to feel great about having finished school and then I started looking and applying to jobs like a madman.

Thus bringing me to my second MAJOR update for you all.

I MOVED TO FLORIDA!!!

More specifically, South Beach, FL. That's right, after applying to a position at Hertz, I was called back and given a short over-the-phone 'interview' for this position located at the South Beach HLE of Hertz. Needless to say, I received a call back a week later from Hertz, offering me the position if I was still interested (of course I was!). So, to spare you the minor details, I am now living in Florida and working in South Beach. Loving the weather and atmosphere so far. Could do without the 50+hr work week though, but what can we do? In this economy, I'm just glad I was able to find something so fast. Now that I'm finally settled in (for the most part), I'm hoping to begin updating much more frequently, so please stay tuned and make sure to keep checking back for updates! What's new with all of you? Make sure to chime in below! I'd love to catch up with all of my readers!

What A Season It's Been!

You all know I love graphs! This infographic comes from Flip Flop Fly Ball and was created by Craig Robinson over here. For those of you who also love baseball, will find this infographic pretty dope. Don't cha think? Make sure to click on the picture to see the full image.

Pretty cool, no? Definitely seems accurate to me.
